As part of our inquiry about New Years Celebrations we read the Ready to Read text
Diwali. We found out that part of the Diwali celebrations was
creating colourful rangoli patterns.
These patterns were displayed by people's doors to
welcome visitors.
We decided to create some rangoli patterns to hang at our door.
